Your private room measures 18 m². It's located on the first floor of the chalet with stairs and has a lockable door and a large 160 x 200 cm bed. It also has an additional 190 x 90 cm bed, in case you're three people. It also has a bedside table and wardrobe. A Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Movistar+, etc.) is also available.

The neighborhood is called Las Rosas. It's now a residential area with all kinds of services. There are two large supermarkets nearby (Mercadona and Ahorramás) and plenty of bars and restaurants, as the Wanda Metropolitano football stadium is very close by, and on weekends, if there's no football on, there are concerts. It's close to the airport and Ifema (the trade fair center). There are also two metro stations nearby (Las Rosas L-2 and Estado Metropolitano L-7), which take you to the center of Madrid in 35 minutes. By public transport, you can take buses, which are located throughout Madrid, or take the metro; there are two nearby stations on two different lines.

You can arrive by private car, and you can park for free on the street (I also offer a private parking space for the nights you stay; ask for prices).
