Your 12 m² private room is located on the first floor of a modern townhouse (access via stairs). It features a large 150x200 cm bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Movistar+, and more. The room has an exterior-facing window and a secure door with key lock.

🛁 You’ll share a clean bathroom with just one other room. The bathroom includes fresh towels, a shower, and essential toiletries—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
