Now it is a residential area with all kinds of services. It has two large supermarkets nearby (Mercadona and Ahorramás) and there are plenty of bars and restaurants, because the Metropolitan Wanda football stadium is very close, and on weekends if there is no football, there are concerts. Near the Airport and Ifema (fairgrounds). There are also two metro stations nearby (Las Rosas L-2 y Estado Metropolitano L-7), which take you to the center of Madrid in 35 minutes. By public transport you can get around on buses that are all over Madrid, or by metro, there are two nearby stations, on two different lines.
